Working Lead

Knapheide Truck Equipment Company in Kansas City, MO is looking to hire a Working Lead to direct, manage, and assist employees in the production department, ensuring job standards are met. This position works Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist installers as required with questions to reduce delays.
• Train new employees.
• Conduct pre-audit inspection on all vehicles during the installation process.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure best practices are consistently followed throughout the shop.

Experience you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
• Strong mechanical background
• Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry preferred
