Production Planner

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Phoenix, AZ is looking to hire a skilled Production Planner to schedule all shop orders required to meet customer requests. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with scheduling software to maintain accurate shop order dates
• Review all order revision and make appropriate changes to orders and communicate changes with the appropriate personnel
• Prepare and maintain effective assembly schedules through daily updates with respective team leaders
• Set up inbound loads of products
• Review shortage and expedite though all operations to meet shop order completions
• Capacity recommendations to maintain valid schedule through proposed overtime or manpower
• Review and monitor established run rates and customer lead time
• Interact with order entry, fleet and truck pool departments for inquiries, customer requests, and cancellations

Experience you'll need:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

This position may require travel for training.
