Materials Supervisor

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Quincy, IL (5th Street Installation Center) is looking to hire a Materials Supervisor to manage, motivate, and develop the support staff in order to achieve productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals. This full-time position works Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

MATERIALS SUPERVISOR DUTIES

In this fast-paced role, you'll:

• Ensure all material is available to support production
• Measure timeliness and accuracy of receiving, shipping, and order processing job streams
• Manage and coordinate work order processing activities
• Ensure that work orders are accurate and complete in a timely manner
• Provide continuous training, coaching and mentoring of support staff
• Responsible for scanning and bar coding of product and locations
• Ensure accuracy of inventory of materials within the facility
• Identify material shortages for bay builds and expedite materials as necessary

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties in order to meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant field preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
