KTEC Intern

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Quincy, IL is looking for a part-time Retail Intern to provide general support for our sales, production, and materials department

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support sales team by completed process improvement projects to improve processes.
• Provide administrative support to site as needed.
• Support shop operation by leading projects to improve productivity, safety, inventory, and 6S organization.
• Job shadow with all positions to gain greater exposure to key business functions.

Position Requirements:

• College degree bound preferred.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Split role conducting partial office work and partial shop work.
• Some lifting required up to 50 lbs. and ability to be on feet for majority of the day if needed.
